More about Jeannene Tedesco

Earning a college degree is essential if a person wants to advance in today's business industry. These days, a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) is not enough if one wants to enter the corporate world. Jeannene Tedesco knows this. She was way ahead of the game, in fact. Jeannene not only earned her Master of Business Administration degree (MBA), but she also earned her Certified Public Accountant degree (CPA). Jeannene understood the value of having a great deal of knowledge under her belt - and all of that knowledge has certainly paid off for her. She recently became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a newly formed company called International Business Trade, Inc. (IBT).

But, Jeannene Tedesco's vast schooling isn't the only knowledge that helped her to obtain her new position at IBT. She also has a great deal of experience that IBT finds very valuable.

IBT offers clients consulting services. These services include financial planning, convention and trade show planning, business planning, and travel and relocation arrangements. And, IBT mainly deals with clients who conduct business in Mexico, Latin America, and/or South America.

Jeannene Tedesco fits into this picture quite nicely. Not only does her CPA make her qualified to give business and financial advice, but she used to co-own an accounting business in California. She also worked as an auditor for an accounting firm. And, Jeannene managed the finances of a pharmaceutical distribution company that increased its earnings tenfold within three years, from three million to ten million. So, clients can certainly trust Jeannene to offer sound financial advice.

But, aside from Jeannene Tedesco's business background, she also has excellent Spanish language skills. This makes her extremely valuable to many clients because of their extensive dealings with Spanish-speaking countries. Her familiarity with the culture of Latin America is also quite helpful for many clients. This is because differences in cultures can cause business difficulties at times. But, with Jeannene's experience, this is never the case for any of IBT's clients.

Much of Jeannene Tedesco's history with Latin America and with speaking Spanish comes from the time she spent in Mexico when she was younger. Jeannene also did a great deal of travelling throughout South America and Latin America as a missionary. During her journeys, she worked as a translator; this helped to solidify her understanding of the Spanish language.

While Jeannene Tedesco still enjoys travelling occasionally, she is excited about her role as CFO for IBT because it offers her the chance to be more settled with her family. She does like to take trips with her husband and two sons, and she can still do this at times - but, she does not have to continually travel as she did when she was a translator or missionary. Nor is travel a key part of her job like it was when she worked as an auditor for the accounting firm.

Aside from occasional travel, Jeannene greatly enjoys. Spending time in the kitchen as a family is one of her favorite pastimes. Family is important to Jeannene - and to IBT, so Jeannene Tedesco is a great fit with this company.
